About me

I got Bachelor Degree with distinction from P.G. Demidov Yaroslavl State University (Russia) with the major in Applied Mathematics  and Computer Science in 2013. I got Master Degree with distinction from P.G. Yaroslavl State University (Russia) in Fundamental Informatics and Theoretical Computer Science in 2015. While studying there I’ve spent a year at Tampere University of Tecnology (Finland) as an exchange student and visiting research assistant. After my graduation I moved to Finland permanently and started my second Master Degree with focus field in Computer Networking at Tampere University of Technology. During my study in Finland I was supported by Russian President Scholarship for studying abroad. Moreover, I was working as research assistant at the Department of Electronic and Communication Engineering at Tampere University of Technology. I got my 2nd Master Degree with distinction in Information Technology (Computer Networking) in 2017. After that I moved to Switzerland where my husband lives and currently pursuing PhD on machine embroidery optimization using computational geometry. It is joint French-Russian projects made in collaboration between University of Poitiers (France) and P.G. Demidov Yaroslavl State University(Russia).

As an Anita Borg scholar (I’ve received the scholarship in 2014)  I support involvement of girls into computer science field. I participate in local Anita Borg scholars communities, do some mentoring and also work on my new project  on teaching children basics of science explained on a simple way using hand drawn cats (to read more about it, use this link ).
